  • 1/2c milk
  • 1 16 oz jar MFNMFoods medium or hot Green Chile Sauce
  • 1/2 – ¾ c heavy cream

InstructionsInstructions  6-8, 4 oz. tilapia filets 2-3 C MFNMFoods Spicy Tostaditas, crushed 1 egg and ½ c. milk, blended well in separate bowl Sunflower oil for frying

Dip Tilapia filets in egg wash and roll in crushed Tostaditas. Fry in heated sunflower oil until lightly browned and crunchy. DO NOT OVER COOK!

SAUCE: 1, 16 oz jar MFNMFoods medium or hot Green Chile Sauce 1/2 – ¾ c heavy cream

Combine in medium sauce pan and heat at low-medium heat, stirring constantly, until warmed thoroughly.

Pour ¼ c. of Cream Green Chile Sauce on individual plate then place 1-2 tilapia filets on top of sauce. May drizzle a small amount of sauce over the top of the filets.

Serve with steamed and seasoned yellow squash and zucchini, as well as vinaigrette marinated coleslaw.
