  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 16 oz. MFNM Foods Red or Green Chile Sauce (heated)
  • 1 ½ c. shredded cheese mixture (1/2 c. each of medium cheddar, jack and american)
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • ½ head green leafy lettuce, chopped
  • 4 servings cooked hash bash browns (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 c. whole, cooked pinto beans

DescriptionDescription  Traditional Huevos Rancheros
InstructionsInstructions  Warm flour tortillas in dry/hot skillet, turning continually. Wrap in double thickness of clean kitchen towels to keep warm. Prepare eggs as desired. (Fried is recommended, but scrambled will work too!) Place one tortilla flat on serving plate. Arrange 2 cooked eggs on ½ of the tortilla and cover with ½ c. MFNM Foods Red or Green Chile Sauce. Next to eggs, place 1 serving hash browns and beside hash browns, place ½ c. whole, cooked pinto beans. Top eggs and beans with approximately 2-3 T. shredded cheese mix. Place in oven to melt cheese. Remove and garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, and 1 T. MFNM Foods Taco and Dipping Salsa. Serve with remaining tortillas and butter (1 each per serving), as well as MFNM Foods Spicy Tostaditas and MFNM Foods Taco and Dipping Salsa.
