DescriptionDescription  My Favorite New Mexico Foods Traditional Hot Green Chile Stew (but really, really quick!)
InstructionsInstructions  Brown meat and potato cubes together in a 10” skillet until potatoes are crisp tender. Add MFNM Foods Green Chile Sauce and water. Simmer over low heat until potatoes are tender but not mushy. Consistency should be that of a medium-thick stew. Serve in bowls and top with 2 T. shredded cheese and 1-2 t. fresh chopped onion. (Cubed beef, chicken or pork may be used in place of ground sirloin.) Serve with warmed flour tortillas and butter!
NotesNotes  Optional serving suggestions: This hearty mixture makes incredible breakfast burritos when rolled in a warmed flour tortilla with scrambled egg, cheese, and even a slice of crisp bacon! Serve MFNM Foods Taco and Dipping Salsa.

For an unforgettable lunch or dinner burrito, warm a flour tortilla, add MFNM Foods traditional Green Chile Stew, fresh cooked pinto beans (or canned for quick meals), and shredded cheese. Again, of course, the perfect accompaniment is MFNM Foods Taco and Dipping Salsa
